On Sunday mornings we experience a wonderful collective worship service - however, it is only half of the ALC experience; house churches make up the other half.
For the first 300 hundred years of its existence, the early Christian Church met in homes (Acts 2:42-47), and we are following this pattern. Our house churches meet at different times and different places but are always centered around Jesus. In house churches we serve communion, have fellowship, study the Word, pray together, and grow in practicing the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Through house church, we do life together.
